He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Higgins and Beatrice Higgins (Hutchinson); his brother Thomas; and his son-in-law Frank Nagy. He is survived by: his wife Olive D. Higgins; his daughter Debra Nagy (Sam) of Allentown, PA; his grandsons, Seth Nagy of Orefield, PA and Scott Nagy (Gabi) of South Orange, NJ; and his great grandchild Eloise. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
