He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Specht and Jacie Sayler (Oliver); and his son Matthew Harris. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Specht of Nazareth and Tiffany Specht of Harrisburg; his stepson Shaun Meron; his sister Gerri Kuhns of Whitehall; and his grandchildren, Jaivon, Remy Morgan, Miguel, Jovani and Isabel Rodriguez.
