He was predeceased by: his parents, George Adam and Salome Adam (Boyer). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Phillips); his children, Adam Phillips (Tegra) of Northampton and Lindsey Adam of Philadelphia; his siblings, Barbara Masters (Ron), Shirley Walters (Steve) and Richard Adam (Debra); his grandchildren, Bradley and Chase; and his mother-in-law Nancy A. Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
