He was predeceased by: his child Francis Jr. (Deborah); and his parents, Jacob Lippert and Madeline Lippert. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Lippert (Schaefer); his children, Robert (Joanne), Teresa, David (Kathryn), Brian (Cathleen) and John Lippert; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Stacy), Jordan (Jessalyn), Jacob (Elizabeth), Jonathan, Lauren, Danielle, Allison and Christopher; and his sister Charlotte Dental.
