She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Icuss and Ann Icuss (DiCarlo); and her siblings, Shirley Carrocci and Edward Icuss. She is survived by: her husband Rudy Filek; her children, R. Rudy Filek, Jr., Jeff Filek (Tonya), Melissa Cherico (Vincent), Anthony Filek (Amanda), Ashton Filek, Audri, Lucas, Enzo, Marco, Nina and Quinn Frances; and her siblings, Fred Icuss (Margaret) of Steubenville, OH. and Chip Icuss (Leslie) of Steubenville, OH..
