She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Zuppert Sr. Born; her parents, Adam Kurak and Evelyn Kurak (Tittel); and her siblings, Mary Ann Lazarchick, Frank Kurak and Irene Gisondi.
She is survived by: her children, Mary (Michael Briody) of Whitehall, Sandra (Michael Bluis) of Allentown, James Zuppert Jr. (Lynn) of Northampton, Michele (Ray Bunce) of Northampton, Patty (Corey Leibenguth) of Slatington and Jeffrey Gilfillan (Sheila) of Lake Wynonah, PA; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Jr., Justin G., Michele, Elizabeth, Christina, Brittany, Justin B., Colton, Mason, Nicholas and Jakey; and her great grandchildren, Michael and Nolan. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the Children's Heart Foundation, c/o the funeral home.
