He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Skinner and Edith V. Skinner (Barthol). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Frankenfield); his children, Travis M. Skinner (Jill) of Whitehall and Megan A. Skinner of Whitehall; and his brothers, John Skinner (Brenda) and Daniel Skinner (Cheryl).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
