He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Clemons and Lillian Clemons (Muzik). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Clemons (Eyer); and his children, Donald C. (Shawn) of Rochester, Stephen T. (Wendy) of Danielsville, Thomas J. (Rhonda) of Orlando, FL and Patricia L. (Dann Smith) of Mountaintop. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trexler Funeral Home (1625 Highland St, Allentown, PA 18102). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
