Novak (Carole) of Fogelsville; her grandchildren, Hailey, Hazel, Kiera, Jesse, Brooke and Heather; her great grandchildren, Daniel and Alex; her grandchildren, Doc and Chloe; and her siblings, Louis C. Novak, Richard J. Novak and Barbara A. Heffelfinger.
