Kustafik (Turbedsky); his children, Derek Kustafik and Nicole Kustafik; his granddaughter Kaiya Kustafik; his mother-in-law Patricia Turbedsky; his siblings, Jack Kustafik (Carole), Martin Kustafik and Michele Abraham (late James Abraham); his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Turbedsky and Pamela Tomcho (Gregory Tomcho); and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Abraham, Jon Kustafik, Ian Tomcho, Austin Turbedsky, Tyler Turbedsky, Wendy Kustafik and Alyssa Colella.
