He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wagner and Betty Wagner (Drey). He is survived by: his wife Claudette Wagner (Wetherill); his sons, Dale Jr., Wesley and Brendan; and his sister Sandra Fitzgerald. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
