Sutliff (Whitehall, Pennsylvania), born in Cochecton, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence E. Sutliff, Sr. and Arvilla Sutliff (Peck); his wife BettyLou (Seeley); his children, Elizabeth A. (Kevin Fitzgerald) of Brush Prairie, WA, Edward A. Sutliff (Monika Gjonzeneli) of Easton, PA, Phyllis G. Sutliff of Whitehall, PA and David L. Sutliff (Melissa) of Walnutport, PA; and his sisters, Arvilla Wolfe of Vancouver, WA and Patricia McElroy of Honesdale, PA.
