He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Hess Sr. and Grace Hess (Sicher); and his wife Janice M. Hess. He is survived by: his children, Karen (Scott Cope) of Whitehall, Jeffrey Hess (Stephanie) of Whitehall and Joseph Hess (Colleen) of Coplay; his grandchildren, Bryan, Randy, Stephan, Jacob, Baylie and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Kellie, Myles and Dylan; and his sisters, Bernice Rabenold and Patricia Devers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charles' name to Lehigh Valley Hospice or Wildlands Conservatory.
