She was predeceased by: her father John Ihm. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Ihm (Crozier); her husband Lawrence Dugan; her sons, Matthew Dugan (Melissa) of North Whitehall and Damien Dugan (Tracy) of South Whitehall; her grandchildren, Ryan, Madison and Caitlin Dugan; and her siblings, John Ihm (Frances), Mark Ihm (Patricia) and Linda Joseph (Harvey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
