He was predeceased by: his parents, Birdine L. Remaley and May B. Heimbach (Ziegler); and his siblings, William Remaley, Richard Remaley, Elwood Lehr and Dorothea Remaley.
He is survived by: his wife Marie M. Remaley (Hoffman); his children, Birdine L. Remaley Jr. of Whitehall and Lisa Remaley-Walters (Jim Walters) of Nazareth; his grandchildren, Megan, Andrew, Adam and Ben; and his great grandchild Aiden.
