She was predeceased by: her husband Sanford B. Gibbs, Sr.; her parents, John A. Riggs and Leonia Riggs (Newkirk); her daughters, Sandra A. Jackson and Lisa L. Turner; and her siblings, Dorothy M. Fisher, Fred Riggs and Floyd Riggs.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Anne Kremp (Michael F. Kremp) of Whitehall, Diane E. Gibbs of Darby, PA, Dorothy G. Gibbs of Fayetteville, NC, Sanford B. Gibbs, Jr. (Florence) of Cameron, NC and John A. Gibbs (Tiffany) of Allentown, PA. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
