She was predeceased by: her husband James J. McDonald; her grandchild Russell Snyder; and her sister Joan Dean (late James). She is survived by: her children, James McDonald (Catherine), Gary McDonald (Bridget) and Sharon McDonald; her grandchildren, James Hanovick, Stephanie Nau (Jeremy), Kate (Nelson) and Megan McDonald; her great grandchildren, Damion, Finn, Ava, Ella and Carly; her nephew Alan Dean; and her niece Donna Antonich.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
