She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Alban and Frances I. Alban (LaMoria); and her brother Joseph. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Alyssa (Brian Lada) and Katie Velekei (Robert Phillips); her siblings, David (Susan), Ralph Alban and Diane Alban Knotek; and her sister-in-law Susan Alban. She is also survived by 4 granddaughters, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in loving memory of Anette.
