He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Macko and Anna Copan Macko; his wife Rosemarie Klemens Macko; and his sister Rosemarie Kruzek. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Contrella (Lawrence) of Millersville, MD., Linda Smiga (Richard) of Lititz, PA, Thomas Macko (Jane) of Allentown, PA, Timothy Macko of Sanibel, FL and Terence Macko of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Larry Contrella (Lauren), Tara DeLeonibus (Phil), Holly Harris (Brandon), Blake Macko, Jon Macko (Sarah), Evan Smiga and Rachel Smiga; his great grandchildren, John Ryan, Charlotte Rose, Terence Frankie, Saylor Haven, Stormi Oak and Thomas Gerard; and his sisters, Gerry Kollar of Glassport, PA and Maureen McCorkle of Los Angeles, CA..
