It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Ponchak of White, Pennsylvania, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurlow Dunlap and Violet Dunlap (Ludwig); her husband Stephen Ponchak; her siblings, Raymond, Nick Dunlap and Della Polesnak; and her son-in-law Kevin Sullenberger.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen "Skip" Ponchak of Providence, RI, Tamara "Tammy" Sullenberger (Jeff Johnson) of Irwin and Kim Draper (Terry) of Williamsport, MD; her grandchildren, Christopher Houston-Ponchak, Samuel, Nathan Houston, Benjamin Ponchak, Lukas Houston-Ponchak, Adam, Jordan Sullenberger and Sarah Kulha; her great grandchildren, Lukas Benjamin Houston-Ponchak and Connor Brechbill; and her siblings, Thomas Dunlap (Helen) and Helen Garafolo (Ed). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Dolly's name to a charity of one's choice.
