He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Albert and Pearl Imas Leeper (Murry); and his spouse Florence Marie Miskovish Leeper. He is survived by: his children, Asphalt Paving, Darlene Sharon Smith (Tim) of White Oak, Brenda Marie Applebee (Mark) of Kittanning, PA and Shawn Keith (Lisa) of Grant, FL; his grandchildren, Brenton Leeper, Lauren Keibler (Timothy), Kayla Smith, Jordan Smith, Isaac Smith and Hannah Smith; and his great grandchildren, Declan Leeper, Ava Leeper, Colton Keibler and Ivan Keibler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
