It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Carl (White, Pennsylvania), born in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard G. Carl and Arnetta Cheuvront (Besch); and his sister Edith Nemitz of The. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne (Kugler); his daughters, Jillian Kautzman (Shawn) of Bethel Park and Rebecca Aqra (Alaa) of Blackridge; and his siblings, James Carl of Jasper, IN, William Carl (Regina) of Lenoir, TN, Don Cheuvront (Valerie) of Ephrata, David Cheuvront (Mary) and Joyce Johnston (Mark) of Kernersville, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
