With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Quincy R. Dell (White, Pennsylvania), born in Freeland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Elsie; and his parents, David E. Dell, Sr. and Ruth E. Dell (Wilson). He is survived by: his daughters, Debra L. Lynch and Rondla A. Bowlin. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Stabler's United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 402, Parkton, MD 21120 in his memory.
