She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Dyakon (Kukechuk) and Theodore Dyakon (Frank); her stepfather Andrew Krotovich; her husband John Perhacs; and her siblings, John, George, Michael Dyakon, Ann Krivacek, Mary Brush and Teresa Lubinski.
She is survived by: her brother Andrew Dyakon (Duke); and her children, Alvin Perhacs (Betty Ann), Robert Perhacs (Marianne) and Paula Baumgart (Karl). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
