He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leslie and Rebecca Link Holden; and his siblings, Shirley, John and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Byard Holden; his sons, Timothy Holden of Elizabeth and Jeffrey Holden (Kristen Walker) of White Oak; his grandchildren, Nathan, Kelsey and Austin; and his siblings, Dennis Holden (Lynn) of Zephyrhills, Patricia Barry (Dave) of Tampa, Rebecca Manning (Dennis) of Spring Hill and Margaret Harris (John) of Tampa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
