She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Grott (Joseph) of McKeesport, Michael J. Mihalik Jr. (Peter Abraham) of Boston, MA, Lisa Smith (James) of Hopewell and Susan Ellsworth (Michael) of Youngstown, OH; and her grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Tyler Grott, Shannon and Kacey Ellsworth.
