He is survived by: his siblings, William Mitchell of Novato, Paul Mitchell of Pittsburgh and Linda Mitchell Williams; his brother-in-law Callie Williams, Jr. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.; his nieces, Kristen Porter (Jason Porter) of Wallkill and Andrea Mitchell of Novato, California.; and his cousins, June (Cyrus Washington) of Columbus, Georgia, Jerry Elkins (Beverly Elkins) of Denver, Sandra and Cheryl Elkins of White Oak, Pennsylvania..
