He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Bell and Margaret Bell (Rawlings); and his brother Fred Rawlings Bell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Bell (Robinson); his sons, Robert F. Bell of Munhall and John Mark Bell (Michele) of North Huntington; his stepdaughters, Sue Leffard of McKeesport and Karen Leffard of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Barrett, Darren, Jordan and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Drew, Eli and Elsie; and his sisters, Marjorie Provan-Madivich (Michael) and Donna McClure (Thomas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
