She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Eugene and Joan Mercedes Williams (Garish). She is survived by: her husband Arthur D Schmeltz; her children, Michael Edward Mangan (Samonia) of Pittsburgh and Rachael Brown of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Asia Nicole Mangan, Niasamone Mangan and Justice Brown; her siblings, Rebecca Williams of Monroville, Tracy Stabler of McKeesport, Jan Wilson (Robert) of Versailles and Joshua P. Emery (Cierra) of Las Vegas, NV; and her aunt Grace Gall of Glassport. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
