She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lukas and Anna Korodi Lukas; and her siblings, John, Michael Lukas, Helen Clark and Agnes Cindric.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Anthony M. Consales (Karen) of Greensburg, Denise DeLorean of Scottsdale, AZ and Lynn Wynn (James) of Elizabeth Twp; her grandchildren, Cullyn Consales, Angela Wynn, Adrienne Consales, Timothy Wynn and Kimberlee Consales; and her friend Tony Consales of White Oak.
