She was predeceased by: her parent George Lukas; her husband William J. Clark; her daughter Doreen Kostrick; and her siblings, John, Michael Lukas and Agnes Cindric.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Lukas; her children, Robert J. Clark (Marsha) of Pleasant Hills, Patrick W. Clark (late Kim) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Kathleen Nagy (Mark) of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Keely, Lauren, Madalyn and Logan; her great grandchildren, Jade, Nya, Santino and Dylan; her great great grandchild Mia; and her sister Irene Consales of Elizabeth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
