He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack T. Croushore and Emma Jane Croushore (Hunter). He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Schafer (Gary) of Jefferson Hills and Rebecca Cicco (Phillip) of North Huntingdon; his brother Jack Croushore (Linda) of White Oak; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Bohn of Ben Avon and Helen Amanda Bohn of North Huntingdon. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
