She was predeceased by: her parents, Seymour Pierce and Rachel Pierce (Heilman); her children, Robert E. Massie and Laurel Lynn Massie; and her significant other Richard Rodman.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherlynn Rusnak of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Jason Massie (Laura) of North Huntingdon, Heather Massie of McKeesport, Derrick Rusnak (Kristen) of Irwin and Geoffrey Rusnak (Lindsay Crowe) of North Huntingdon; her great grandchildren, Brennan, Aiden, Serena, Isabel and Rachel; and also Robert M. Massie of White Oak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
