He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore C. Stumme, Sr. and Dorothy Kelly Stumme Pishko; and his sister Dorothy E. Rothey-Smith. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Weller Stumme; his children, Tawny Wood (Scott) of Marion, IN, Frank C. Stumme, Jr. (Sherry) of Coatsville, PA and Nancy Jenkins (Eric, Sr) of East McKeesport; his grandchildren, Scott, Toni Ann, Shayna, Nate, Amy, Bryan, Eric, Jr., Ariel, Josh and Katie; his great grandchildren, Rachael, Luke, Devon, Aria and Ava Grace; and his siblings, Maud L. Andrews of Port Vue, Barbara R. Hiquet of North Versailles, Theodore C. Stumme, Edwin R. Stumme, Kay Stumme, Tom Stumme, Cliff Stumme and Nancy Lee Stumme.
