He is survived by: his parent Jeannette Worthy (Mack); his wife Betty Jane Worthy (Mezoff); his daughters, Beverly Wayne of Dublin, OH, June L. Kudas (Donald) of White Oak and Betty Gene Stoner (Mark) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Emily Rajadurai (Ralph), Valerie Bacco (Mark), Todd Kudas (Nicole), Jacqueline Greco (Gerry), Lindsay Hoover (Andy) and Nathan Stoner (Tasha); and his great grandchildren, Reece, Jules, Wynne Greco, Audriana Bacco, Samuel Bacco, Shelby, Kelsey, Mackenzie Hoover and Natalie Stoner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
