She was predeceased by: her parents, John Poje and Amelia Poje (Yurjevsic). She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Sivak; her children, Terri Ross (Todd), Scott Sivak and Ken Sivak; her grandsons, Evan Sivak and Zachary Sivak; and her sisters, Mary McKitrick (late Ed) and Amelia Macerelli (late Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
