He was predeceased by: his parents, George Babyak and Caroline Vukelic Babyak; and his brother Joseph Babyak. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Cox Babyak; his sons, Jeffrey Babyak of Turtle Creek, PA and David Babyak (Merleann) of San Antonio, Texas.; his grandchildren, Chelsea Pons (Justin), Zoey Babyak and Tyler Toumbacaris; and his great grandchild Gemma Pons.
