She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Kotouch (Gail) of McKeesport and Terry Kotouch (Tracey) of Versailles; her grandchildren, Amber Blair (Andy), Brandon Kotouch (Amber), Casey Blair (Tom) and Colton Kotouch; and her great grandchildren, Ryley, Cameron Blair, Roman and Brooklyn Kotouch. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
