She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mascilak and Mary Mascilak (Malackany); and her brother Joe. She is survived by: her children, Arlene Cubakovic, David Cubakovic (Linda) and Allan Cubakovic (Linda); her grandchildren, Tina Cubakovic, Angela Cubakovic, Adam Cubakovic (Angela) and Tyler Cubakovic; her great grandchildren, Ariella, Wyatt and Serenity; and her brother John Mascilak.

In lieu of flowers family suggest memorial contributions to St. Michael the Archangel Orthodox Church, 146 3rd Avenue, Rankin, PA 15104.
