She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Primozic and Frances P. Primozic (Previc); her husband James E. "Jim" Mazzoni; and her sister Janet Rhoades. She is survived by: her sons, Keith M. Mazzoni of Delmont and Daniel J. Mazzoni of White Valley; her granddaughter Aubrie Mazzoni of New Alexandria; her siblings, William Primozic of San Francisco and Ellen Breznik of Delmont; and her child Sorrows Church. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions in Carol's name to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County.
