He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wallace Amman and Amelia Sior Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Amman; his daughters, Kathleen Bolla of Dallas and Deborah Gwirtz of Carmel, Indiana; and his sister Lois Singleton of Upper St. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
