She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Bush and Katie Bush (Vucelich); her husband John "Jack" Kudray; her granddaughter Carly Kudray; and her siblings, Robert Bush, George W. Bush, Sara Woiner and Edith Bush.

She is survived by: her sons, John A. "Jack" Kudray (Kathy) and Jeffrey A. "Koolray" Kudray of Export; her grandchildren, J. T. Kudray and Lisa Payne (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Sophia and Tyler Payne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
