He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Jean L. Orr; and his stepfather Harry J. Orr. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne K. Miller (White) of White; his children, Errin Miller (Sarah) of Blairsville, Bethany White (Miller) and Megan Miller (Stephen Laskaris) of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Marsha Carlson (Miller) and Kevin Miller (Laura) of Somerset.
