He was predeceased by: his son Brent Manges. He is survived by: his wife Elena Manges; his son Thomas Joseph Manges (Jenna) of White Oak, PA; and his grandsons, Brentlee, Malcolm and Ryker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as his siblings.
