He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Mary Cieliczka (Glowata); his wife Jacqueline Cieleska (Messner); his son Christopher Walter; and his siblings, Stanley Cieleska, Pauline Buzek, John Cieleska, Raymond Cieleska, Catherine "Kay" Davidson, Helen Snyder, Joseph Cielieska, Rose Shields, Eleanor Kenzie and Mildred Heinz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Horne of Allentown, PA and Karen Cieleska (Rebecca Kreiger) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
