He is survived by: his parents, Vince, Sr. Veltre and Bari Williams Veltre of White Oak, PA.; his sister Vanessa Veltre-Shrayber (Yevgeniy Shrayber); his nephew Jules Shrayber; and his caregivers, Lisa Boynton and Kim Culp. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
