Stephen C. Pholar Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen C. Pholar of White Oak, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen L. Pholar and Helen Pholar (Cifra); and his brother Robert J. Pholar. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Pholar (DeCarlo); his children, Alexis Hrbek (Todd) of Greensburg and Nicholas Pholar (Apryle) of Nanti Glo; his grandchildren, Maxwell, Emma, Molly Hrbek and Amber Sims; and his siblings, Marlene Pennington of Bethel Park and Conrad M. Pholar of Castle Shannon.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory (4504 Walnut St, McKeesport, PA 15132). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Angela Merici Church (1640 Fawcett Ave, White Oak, PA 15131).
