She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Okeson (Sokol) and Floyd G. Okeson; and her husband Regis F. Vesonder. She is survived by: her sister LaVerne Roidt of North Versailles; her daughters, Paula Greenwald of White Oak and Laura Karpinsky (Chris); her grandchildren, Stephen and Michelle Karpinsky of North Versailles; her nieces, Marie Ruby of McKeesport and Sarah Boyd of Peoria, Illinois.; and her nephew Saul Vesonder of Peoria, Illinois..
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory (2703 Oneil Blvd, McKeesport, PA 15132). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Divine Redeemer Motherhouse Chapel.
