Irene Hionis Obituary
We bid farewell to Irene Hionis (White Oak, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 30, 2024 at the age of 92. Irene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Geracimos Hionis; her parents, Yianni Katsenou and Stamo Katsenou; and her siblings, Kristina, Maria, Geracimos, Yianni and Phillipi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theodora Hionis and Stamatia Milburn (Thomas); her granddaughters, Kristina and Irene Milburn; and her pets, Steely, Louey and Jasper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Should friends desire, contributions in Irene's memory may be made to the Annunciation of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church in White Oak, PA.
