As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gregory Jay may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Irene Cecelia Havrilla (Geyer). He is survived by: his brother Jack Havrilla (Laura) of Valencia; his niece Anna Jo Havrilla of Valencia; and his cousins, Christine Fedor, Suzanne Gadelmyer, Doug Suss, Monica Jean Suss and Rick Suss.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church (318 Park Ave, Clairton, PA 15025).
